Flow Cell Module

Pump Box Module
The pump box module provides extreme flexibility with extreme robustness. Utilizing time-tested, low-pressure, syringe pump technology, the pump box can address up to 5 different solvent. With this flexibility, multiple different workflows can be executed with the only change being the method the operator selects. With a wide range of syringe volumes available, the minimum and maximum flow rates as well as total volume available per operation can be adjusted to match nearly any experimental requirement. An Intelligent Consumable
The easy to use consumable makes membrane installation as simple as using your credit card. Simply insert the consumable to the hard stop. The insertion tab enforces proper orientation and an optical sensor ensures the consumable is properly positioned over the flow cell’s sealing surfaces. With a click of a button, the RFID tag is read, importing all of the information required to operate the system, including the membrane type, minimum and maximum flow rates, sealing pressure and more into software.
